Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations: 

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours beforehand. There will be no charge for any cancellation or amendment made 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

If less than 24 hours notice is given or in the event of a no-show, there will be a charge of 50% of all treatments booked. In the event of non-payment, you will be asked to pay in advance for any future treatments booked. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I deem you not to be suitable, or the treatment is unsuitable for you. If you are unwell, please notify me to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible.  Similarly, if I am unwell, I will telephone you as soon as possible to re-arrange your appointment.

New clients will be given a client form upon arrival and will be asked to fill this out before any treatments will be given. Please allow time for this to be completed. Please answer this truthfully, and disclose any medical conditions so I can ensure the treatments are right for you.
